This statement explains how privacy is safeguarded by Powerlandatv in connection with the collection of personal data. As an employee or as an external user when using our electronic solutions, we want you to feel confident that the applicable laws and regulations are followed. Secure processing of the data must be able to be documented at all times in accordance with the applicable regulations.

A personal data is an information or assessment that can be associated with an individual.  Information that can also be identified by an individual is also considered personal data. Examples include your name, address, phone number, email address, photos, and social security number.

Powerlandatv is subject to confidentiality.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except in cases where we use a subcontractor. When using a subcontractor, Powerlandatv has been guaranteed safety and has documented this through special agreements.

Information being processed

Powerlandatv stores information that you yourself provide to us in connection with orders. In addition, we will be able to store all or part of the information you give us as a retailer, in connection with courses, meetings, travel and follow-up related to the aforementioned activities.

Registration for courses and travel etc.

When you sign up for courses, trips or other events, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information, etc. Personal data we receive when enrolling in courses and trips is not used for purposes other than managing the event, including sending name lists to the course location where necessary.  After the event, the information may be archived, in order to document that the necessary courses have been taken.

This information will not be used for other purposes.

Powerlandatvon social media:

Powerlandatv uses various social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube to share information about the company and our products, both to employees and others.

Powerlandatv is not responsible for information and images that members themselves publish on social media. How the relevant online community handles the data further is regulated by your agreement with the online community. However, information that you have shared a post is not stored at Powerlandatv

Images of people can be used on several surfaces and in several contexts related to Powerlandtav's activities. For example, a picture can be used both on websites and as an illustration on an invitation to trips and courses. Images may not be used in a commercial context without the specific consent of the person pictured.

Newsletter

When sending newsletters, consent must be obtained from the recipient in advance that they wish to send this to them.

Access, correction and deletion

You have the right to access the information we have registered about you. You are responsible for letting you know and correcting information that should prove not to be correct. Personal data will not be stored longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing.

Cookies

To create an easy-to-use website, we look at the user pattern of those who visit the site. For this we use cookies, which are small text files that the website stores on the user's computer. None of the cookies we use for the operation of the website allow us to associate information about your use of the website with you as an individual.

To analyze the information, we use the Google Analytics and Sitecore Experience Platform analytics tools. These use cookies, which record users' IP address and provide information about the individual user's online movements. Examples of what the statistics give us information about are; how many people visit different pages, how long your visit lasts, which websites users come from, which browsers are used, and information about ecommerce.

The information from Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers in the United States. Received information is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
