Product information and price


All prices are in Norwegian KRONER and are displayed excluding VAT. Sales tax is displayed at the checkout before payment.  Transport is also included unless otherwise specified.


We reserve the right to accept any printing errors in terms of price and information about the goods/services on the site. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Terms and conditions

Executing orders

When an item is ordered, the item is reserved in our warehouse until the invoice is due.  If the invoice is not paid by maturity, AFKA AS takes over ownership and reserves the right to sell the product further.


Goods under 35 kg are shipped from us no later than 1 business day after receiving payment.  Goods larger than 35 kg are shipped from us once per week.  For products requiring documented training, this must be obtained when picking up the item at AFKA AS, c/o ALMINOR AS, Mogan 23, 3650 Tinn Austbygd.  We can send out instructor to provide training host receiver at the agreed additional cost.


Some products require for the sake of space and transport that assembly is done by the receiver.  Engines and machines come without oil, which the customer himself will be responsible for.   AFKA AS can assemble the item at an additional charge.  The item must then be picked up itself.


Goods over 35kg are shipped with Bring cargo according to the applicable agreement. Goods under 35kg are sent in claim with the record. Customers who order items in claims and do not collect them may be billed return shipping as well as costs.  Tracking notice will be sent to an email or mobile number if stated.

The transport company will contact you when they can deliver the goods, you carry out unloading and should therefore be in place upon transport company arrival. Larger items such as trucks and tractors must be unloaded on a ramp or equivalent supplied by the customer. Unloading of cargo from the transport vehicle or crane vehicle not included in the delivery, but arranged by the customer or carrier.


The item must be paid before it is shipped from our warehouse unless otherwise agreed

Personal information

AFKA AS processes personal data according to the Personal Data Act. Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or be linked with other external registers.

Card information

When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Klarna, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. All card information is retained in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Routines for returning goods


Please contact us urgently if you wish to cancel the goods.  If the goods are shipped from our warehouse or transport ordered by us for exit, you will be charged with transportation and fees.


If there is a defect in the item, you/you must within a reasonable time from receipt, provide written notice (e-mail or letter) about the defect and any claim.  The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act and the E-Commerce Act.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days ahead applies. If you wish to undo the purchase, you will return the item in the same condition as you received it and attach the completed withdrawal form (which was attached to the shipment), you will then be refunded what you have paid. Buyer pays return porto and transportation. See supplementary information on the right of withdrawal form.

If the buyer has not received a withdrawal form in writing on paper or other permanent media (e.g. e-mail, CD or DVD), the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The undo form should be completed with information when the form is received. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, sales to enterprises are not included by the Consumer Purchase Act.

Return – Claim (all goods)

The customer must return the item in return to AFKA AS, c/o ALMINOR, Mogan 23, 3650 Austbygd.  All costs associated with return are with the buyer.  AFKA AS does not pay shipping when returning goods.

The item should be returned in original packaging, with the packaging intact.

Transport damage

Transport damage shall be immediately (within 5 calendar days) and immediately reported to the carrier and to AFKA AS. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the item before the waybill is signed by the recipient. The correct number of packages must be checked and the goods are undamaged.  Damage during transport is noted on the waybill.  Transport damage reported in the aftermath will not be replaced or repaired by AFKA AS.


1 year warranty, otherwise warranty pursuant to the Consumer Purchase Act.

Warranty conditions for machines/equipment requiring first-time service.

For machines such as wheel loaders, forklifts, excavators etc. that must have first-time service, service is required and documented at AFKA AS, our partners or other authorised workshop. First-time service should be carried out after 50 hours of use for machines with hour counters or 3 months for machines without hour counter.  If first-time service has not been carried out in accordance with conditions, the warranty is void.  For machines used in rental, no warranty is provided.

Consumer purchases

Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, in the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personnel Information Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. DIBS sales conditions requirements comply with the Consumer Ombudsman's "Standard Terms of Sale for User Purchases of Goods Over the Internet"
