Product information and price

Prices All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown exclusive of value added tax, unless otherwise specified in the offer or on the website.

 

Reservation The agreement is not binding if there has been a writing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store, over the phone and other communication or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error. We will therefore be able to demand that the purchase agreement be canceled even in cases where the goods have already been delivered

Terms and conditions

Handling of orders If you have chosen the payment solution Svea or Vipps hurtigkasse, the goods are sent continuously as soon as the order has been processed by us. If you choose an invoice from www.afka.no, this is a pre-order, and the item will be sent after registered payment.

 

Invoice fee is added.

 

When an item is ordered, the item is reserved in our warehouse until the invoice is due. After the invoice has fallen due without payment, AFKA AS reserves the right to sell the product on.

 

Delivery Usually the goods will be sent from us 1-5 working days after payment has been received. For products to be assembled, a longer delivery time must be expected. For products that require documented training, this must be obtained when picking up the item from AFKA AS. We can also send out an instructor to provide training in your company for an agreed price supplement. Orders paid by credit card/ SVEA invoice / vipps in the online store are sent continuously.

 

Shipping All shipments are transported through Bring or an equivalent carrier

 

Payment: The item must be paid for before it is sent from our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.

 

Personal data AFKA AS and www.afka.no process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or be linked with other external registers. Click here to read our privacy and cookie rules.

 

Card information When you shop with us, the payment is processed by SVEA, Vipps or Klarna, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

 

Our prices are based on the exchange rate of 1 USD = NOK on the day of sale + 5%. We reserve the right to change the prices if these differ by more than 2% on the day of delivery.

Routines for returning goods

Cancellation Get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the goods, if the goods are sent from us you will have to pay return postage or return transport

 

Complaints If there is a defect in the product, you must, within a reasonable time after you discover it, give written notice (e-mail or letter) that you want to claim the defect. will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act (Consumer Purchase Act).

 

Right of withdrawal According to the right of withdrawal act, the withdrawal period applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days thereafter. If you want to cancel the purchase, you return the item in the same condition as you received it and attach a completed right of cancellation form (which was enclosed in the shipment), you will then receive a refund of what you have paid. Buyer pays return postage. See additional information on the right of withdrawal form. This does not apply to machines. For machines, the item must be packed exactly back in the box. Any damages are for the buyer's account. Refunds will be made after review of the item after arrival at our warehouse.

If the buyer has not received a withdrawal form in writing on paper or other permanent media (e.g. e-mail, CD or DVD), the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The undo form should be completed with information when the form is received. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, sales to enterprises are not included by the Consumer Purchase Act.

 

Return Complaints (all goods) Always contact AFKA AS to arrange returns. Returns without an agreement are not approved. The customer must arrange the delivery of the goods themselves. AFKA AS does not pay shipping when returning goods. Purchased goods or goods specially ordered for the customer will not be returned. Goods to be returned must not have been used, used, assembled or overpainted, and must be in their original packaging. If there is damage such as scratches and dents in the goods, or any other defects, the goods will not be credited. Goods with damage that have occurred because the goods have been left outside and have not been stored inside or under cover, for protection from weather and wind, will not be replaced.

 

Approved returns are credited with a maximum of 70% of the item's value.

 

In the event of a complaint, a complaint form must accompany the item and the shipment must be marked with the case number and order number.

 

Larger machines are not sold through the webshop. These must be returned to our workshop for claims and warranty work. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We can send out service personnel. Warranty work is carried out free of charge, but travel time and any stay must be covered by the customer.

 

Cancellation special order By special order we mean goods that are specifically produced for you according to your wishes; for example, a timber trailer that is not permanently stocked or with a unique layout. For special orders, an advance of 50% of the purchase price is charged, this does not apply if the entire order is paid via a financing solution. A specially ordered product cannot be canceled in principle, but we make exceptions in some cases. Then we charge a fixed fee of at least 50% of the sales price to cover our costs related to cancellation. If you are in doubt about your special order, let us know as soon as possible after purchase.

 

Cancellation of ordered items Ordered items are defined here as normal, stocked items of which we have run out. These are ordered for you and may have a delivery time. Should you wish to cancel an ordered item, a cancellation fee of at least 20% of the purchase price will be added.

 

Other exceptions: Please note that goods or parts that are special ordered, i.e. ordered specifically according to the customer's wishes or that deviate in some other way from the standard selection, cannot be cancelled, returned or canceled after the order has been completed.

 

Warranty One year warranty, otherwise right of complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. A guarantee is no longer provided for any machines that can be considered agricultural machines, including below:

 

  • Woodworking machines
  • Wood splitters
  • Wood cutters
  • ATV trailers
  • Log trailers
  • ATV (electric)
  • Flishuggere
  • Beitepussere

Initial service oil change must be carried out after 10 hours of use for all machines with an hour meter and then every 50 hours. Hydraulic oil change every 200 hours.

 

If the first service has not been carried out in accordance with conditions, the warranty will be void.

 

For machines that are used in rental with many different users, no guarantee is given. All machines/products used in motorsport are also not covered by the guarantee.

 

AFKA AS is very helpful with support by email or phone if there is a need for it in connection with start-up or faults in the system. In the event of a fault, AFKA sends out parts, possibly a new engine. The customer must organize the installation/replacement of parts or the engine themselves.

 

AFKA AS does not send out technicians around the country, the customer must organize and pay for this himself.

 

What is covered by the guarantee The guarantee covers the rectification of breakages, errors or damage to the product or components included in the product. The guarantee covers defects caused by material breakage, errors during processing in production, assembly. The guarantee covers malfunctions which mean that the product does not work as described in the user manual. The guarantee covers new parts delivered on ordinary shipping terms from AFK AS

 

What is not covered by the guarantee The guarantee does not cover financial losses as a result of service interruptions. The warranty does not cover consequential damage from misuse. The warranty does not cover transport of the product between the customer and the dealer during a repair. The customer must arrange for the product to be transported to AFKA AS, unless otherwise agreed. . Alternatively, the customer can have the warranty work carried out where the product is placed against the customer covering travel, food and living expenses for the service person. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If the customer wants spare parts sent faster than ordinary shipping, the customer pays the additional cost for this. AFKA AS will have most spare parts in stock, but in some cases they must be re-ordered from the manufacturer. The transport time can be long. Airfreight can be arranged, at the buyer's expense.

 

What invalidates the guarantee The guarantee is invalid if faults or damage to the product occur as a result of incorrect use by not following the instructions in the user manual. The warranty is void if the product has been used for other applications than those described in the user manual. For example, a pasture brusher is not intended to crush stones or be used as a tiller. The warranty is void if non-original spare parts have been used or if the prescribed maintenance of the product has not been followed. The customer will be required to provide documentation of the maintenance carried out.

Consumer purchases are regulated in, among other things, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Information Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act.

 

SVEA's requirements for sales conditions correspond to the Consumer Ombudsman's "Standard sales conditions for user purchases of goods over the Internet".
